Hello & Welcome. My name is Deborah, l am a professional Counsellor / Psychotherapist (BACP Accredited) Crystal Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. l have worked as a Counsellor / Psychotherapist since 2005 and work in private practice with adults and young people. Over the past few years l have trained in holistic medicine and energy healing and now run Stepping Stones Crystal Reiki Sound offering bespoke tailor-made one to one sessions combining Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing And Sound Therapy. l am passionate about my work in the field of holistic medicine and work tirelessly to promote and educate people on new ways to find balance and harmony in todays fast moving world.

Each one to one treatment session lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the investment is £45 per session.
Sound Therapy, Crystal Healing and Usui Reiki combined can alter our emotional state, reduce brain wave activity and heart rate, breaking down negative energy and blockages, re~balancing and transporting us into another world.....releasing, realigning and harmonising.
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With a crystal reiki sound treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.
Within a session l work with the 7 major chakra energy centres using tuning forks, l clear the energy field smudging with sage, and aura sweep, realigning and re~balancing the physical energy field, essential oils are also used in sessions to stimulate the physical senses and to re~energise.

Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki is a natural healing technique and Japanese Healing Art. Usui Reiki is a form of alternative medicine and is often referred to as energy healing. Universal energy is channelled through the practitioner helping activate the natural healing process, balancing mind, body and spirit, as well as restoring physical and emotional well-being and realigning the energy system. As a certified Holistic Therapist, I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety, promoting inner peace.

Crystal Healing
I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally, physically and spiritually. Crystal healing is the practice of holding or placing specially chosen crystals on your body to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. In a Crystal healing session crystals are activated to work with the chakra energy system.

Vibrational Sound Therapy
Sound Healing uses specially chosen instruments that have a high vibrational frequency, long resonance and vibration. Crystal singing bowls, tebetan bowls, chimes, gongs, monochord, chinese harp, shamanic drum, ocean drum, rainstick, native american flute and more are used in a session treatment. The sound waves wash through the physical body breaking down blockages, restoring the natural balance and well-being of mind, body and spirit.
