I work in a way that is sensitive, in-touch and eclectic, offering a tailor made approach for each individual client. As a professional therapist my role is to provide a safe and trusting environment, the emphasis being on the therapeutic relationship, where you will find a calm compassionate and non- judgemental approach, enabling you to explore any issues that you feel are causing you difficulties in your life. Counselling is a deeply personal experience, it is built on a foundation of trust, warmth, genuine understanding and support. Therapy can provide a person with a deeper understanding of emotions, behaviour and perception of life experience. I work to promote the process of healing through a holistic approach.
